The competition sends a rep.
We send the operator.

NW Peak is built and run by a coach who has actually raised the money — not a sales team that has never run a campaign.

Every NW Peak product is priced the same way: one flat 6% platform fee — no license, no setup fee — which donors can cover at checkout alongside Stripe, pre-selected, and most do. Terms are given in advance, in writing, before any commitment. Most competitors take 15–30% of everything you raise.
Our first product, Peak Kickoff, is the single-team event platform that powers focused fundraising campaigns. Built and in production with athletic programs across Oregon.
Every framework was field-tested in real Oregon communities before it was written down. If it didn't raise real money, it isn't in the book.
With NW Peak you're not a customer. You're a partner. We analyze your program's needs and never offer you a service that doesn't make sense for it. Our interest isn't extracting maximum revenue — it's building strong foundational fundraisers backed by Oregon DOJ professional fundraising registration and transparency at every step.

The Problem We Saw

In small communities across Oregon, coaches and program leaders were spending nights and weekends running fundraisers that barely covered costs. They were selling overpriced candles, fighting for raffle ticket sales, and handing 15–30% of every dollar to a vendor who disappeared right after.

The fundraising model was broken — not because people weren't working hard enough, but because no one had given them a real system. They had effort. They lacked structure.

Built From the Field Up

Branden Bailey, Founder of NW Peak Fundraising

Branden Bailey

Founder & CEO

I'm a teacher, coach, and program leader in rural Oregon. For over a decade I've lived the reality of fundraising — long nights, tight budgets, constant pressure to figure it out.

I've also seen what works. By focusing on relationships, structure, and clear systems, I've helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in small communities that most vendors write off. That experience became NW Peak Fundraising.

I didn't leave coaching to sell software. I built NW Peak because the programs I care about were handing 15–30% of what their kids raised to companies that had never set foot in their gym. The whole company is built to put that money back where it belongs.

“You work too hard to hand 20% of your kids' fundraiser to a multi-million dollar company. We're your partner, not your line item.”
