Fundraising built to leave the most
in your program.

Three ways to raise — a one-team blitz, a department-wide year, or always-on giving — on one platform and one flat 6% your donors can cover. Your program keeps 100%.

Our one job

Maximum return to the program.

We’re not a candle catalog or a discount-card vendor, and we don’t take a third of what your kids raise. We build the fundraising and engineer every piece of it for one number: how much is left in your program when it’s over.

One flat 6%, donors cover it, your program keeps 100% — and after the first campaign, you own the system that keeps doing it.

One platform. Three engines.

Pick the one that fits where your program is — or run more than one. The price is the same flat 6% across all three.

PEAK Kickoff

One team. One event. Ten days.

What the 6% Actually Covers

Most platforms charge a percentage of what you raise and call it a day. The math gets buried, the compliance work gets outsourced to an offshore team, and the sales rep who closed your deal couldn't tell you how any of it actually works.

We charge one flat 6% — no license, no setup fee — because the work should be in the price, not hidden behind it. Here's what that 6% pays for.

Software development and maintenance

The platform you're using right now — coach dashboard, athlete pages, live leaderboard, donor flow, payment infrastructure. Built and maintained by the same person who answers when you call. (That's a feature, not a limitation.)

Compliance and registration

PF-21 filings with the Oregon DOJ, donor-disclosure language reviewed against state professional-fundraiser rules, Stripe Connect onboarding and verification, refund-mechanism compliance with state and federal rules. We do this work because we have to — and we know how to do it because we've done it.

Branded materials and operator-designed assets

Kickoff event decks, athlete-facing scripts, family-communication templates, social-share assets — designed by someone who has actually run these campaigns, not pulled from a template library. Custom-branded to your program's colors and logo.

Setup, training, and the first campaign in the room with you

The first time you run a kickoff event, someone who has done this before should be there. Not on Zoom. Not via email tickets. On the phone, in the room if possible, walking you through it.

One flat 6% covers all of it — payment infrastructure, donor-side disclosure, compliance and registration, the operator-designed materials, and someone who has run a kickoff on the phone with you for your first one. No license, no setup fee, no surprise line. And because donors can cover it at checkout, your program keeps 100%.

Complete Fee Transparency

Most platforms quote one big percentage and call it a day. We show you both line items — and donors can cover them at checkout, so your program keeps 100%.

NW Peak platform fee: 6% of donations — one flat fee, no license, no setup fee. Our only cut.

Stripe processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (charged directly by Stripe, not us, and passed through at cost). Donors are prompted to cover this alongside our 6% at checkout; most do.

All-in cost example: On a $20K campaign, fees total about $1,900 — our 6% plus Stripe. When donors cover them at checkout, your program keeps the full $20K. A legacy vendor at 20% would take $4,000.

Why we tell you all this: clear accounting is how compliance works.

How Stripe Connect & compliance work

Donations are processed through Stripe Connect — the same payment infrastructure used by Lyft, DoorDash, and Shopify. Stripe is a licensed payment processor; we are not. That distinction matters: funds flow directly from donors into your school's connected Stripe account, never through ours. We never hold your money, never touch card data, and never act as a money transmitter — which is the legal status that would otherwise require federal registration and state licensing in every state we operate in. The fee Stripe charges buys you bank-grade encryption, PCI compliance, automated fraud detection, and a regulatory posture we couldn't replicate as a startup. We pass it through at cost.
