Peak Billing
Everything your program collects —
not just what it raises.
Camps, trips, gear, and dues move more money than most fundraisers — and usually through cash envelopes, personal Venmos, and a spreadsheet somebody guards. Peak Billing gives every collection one payment link, one itemized record, and one destination: your program’s own account.
What a family sees
Every line itemized. Card or bank. Settled to the program’s own account — with the same record on the board’s side.
Billing runs on its own fee — 2.2%, capped at $12 per payment — because collecting dues isn’t fundraising and shouldn’t be priced like it. It’s opt-in per organization, and like everything here, the number is public before you sign.
The end of the cash envelope era: every dollar a family hands your program — raised or paid — lands in one account, on one record, that your whole board can see.
